Episode 3 features our new intro music (Ya Ha Hee) generously gifted to us from Michael Hanson. In this episode I honour the memory of a friend who passed away due to a Fentanyl overdose. I discuss my latest song release, "I Think He Knew', and share everything from the meaning behind the lyrics to production of the song and making of the video. Mental Health is a very important topic and the 4:20 quote, "Pain is real but so is Hope" comes from Brady Leavold and his Puck Support brand. I have a new focus and direction with social media using YouTube as the primary channel where I will post all of my videos, podcasts, contests and more! I am excited to announce my newest endeavours, creating my own merchandise and my application for Canada's Got Talent!

All the way from Kingston, Ontario. We enjoy an afternoon of sweet songs and personal stories with singer-songwriter, instrumentalist, and co-winner of our 'Diamond in the Rough' singing competition, Mellow Lily! She shares her origin story as a young girl in a large musical family to a beat-boxing, multi-instrumental professional musician! Mellow Lily travels all over Canada and beyond delighting audiences with her original songs about her Canadian adventures, love, loss and heartache. With two EP's available on streaming platforms, and many new songs recorded in a Nashville studio, her music career is up and coming in Kingston and the surrounding area. We can't wait to watch Mellow Lily's popularity continue to climb as we follow her progress!
