Change is the only constant thing in life.

In this short and sweet episode, I offer encouragement as many of us are feeling the shifting of ourselves, the shifting of the seasons, and the shifting of Life.

Maybe you're being called to let go of old identities, relationships, work roles, or habits. And as we try to navigate this in between season, or this new skin, it may feel uncomfortable! I assure you that everything is okay. And give a few tips to help you on your journey!

I also give a brief overview of how we create our own realities, and dance with God through that. It's kind of basic Law of Attraction things. (:

If you don't know what's coming, or what it is you're even doing right now, it's okay. All in due time. The fog always clears! Be patient with yourself, and trust your path.

I felt a strong desire in my heart for love and closeness. I desire to be able to show up fully and authentically as me in all of my relationships. This includes with my mother. So, I touch on the power of vulnerability and the power of your CHOICE!

Hear about how you can shift from guilt and shame from not being enough and being your own worst critic, and stepping into love and celebration with how you show up in the world just as you are! As a mom, as yourself, as all of the different hats and roles you play. This episode is one to inspire Fuck Yes energy and I love you and see you and honor you in all that you are.
