FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
08/24/22 • 44 min
Part 4 of 4 parts on Metabolism and breaking through the noise of BS. We'er here to share the pieces that will empower you to shift your health from the inside OUT. You'll never catch up to the weight loss game by cutting calories alone. Of course you can lose weight by cutting calories, however, show me someone who truly can live under caloric restriction for the majority of their life. Shortcuts and hacks are quite frankly not so innovative ways to try to cheat the laws of nature. What if I were to tell you the most effective way to weight loss is already in your possession? You may think just another gimmick, right? Well, in this episode Dr. Peter Slane, DC, ND and exercise physiologist summarizes the keys to changing metabolism. We introduce the basics and open the toolbox for your body transformation if you're ready to actually change for the better. You'll takeaway the steps and strategies to transforming your body with the tools to make it a lifestyle. Our goal is LASTING CHANGE for the better. You have what it takes to thrive, but you've not been told the truth about your physiology and weight gain. You'll have a better understanding of how to naturally improve your insulin sensitivity, how to move toxins out of your fat cells safely over time. You'll learn about Persistent Organic Poisons (POP's) and where they come from and the damage they cause as well as how and why the thyroid will always be stressed under the scenarios described. I know you'll enjoy this if you're on a health journey and you're seeking to feel better, fix a health problem, lose some weight, stop inflammation, prevent a problem or heal a current challenge such as hypothyroidism or hashimotos. Lastly, this is a self funded podcast, so please share this information. I'm forever grateful.

Peter Slane 2: CoVID Controversy
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
05/03/20 • 50 min
The numbers don't add up. Are the experts telling us everything? How effective is the quarantine and what's next for our life? Dr. Peter Slane shares his take on the studies outside the MSM narrative. There are too many unanswered questions about this pandemic and what our future looks like if we blindly trust the official narrative.
How is it that as far back in 2017, Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates predicted President Trump would have a pandemic on his hands? Who has the patent on the corona virus? What does it mean that the Gov’t is assuming responsibility for your body?

Dr. Peter Slane Interview
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
04/26/20 • 37 min
Our state of mind, thoughts about present, past, future and our ability to focus our attention has a direct affect on our body, our physiology and our ability to adapt. How do we support immune offense or strength? How do we build healthier responses to increase immunity? Join me in this interesting discussion with Dr. Peter Slane on expanding our awareness as to how we can strengthen our immune offense as well as defense by how we think.

Interview with Cathy DiLollo
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
04/23/20 • 30 min
I love talking to parents and folks that are living the healthy dream and investing the energy into their children to take responsibility for their health. What are the benefits of your kids learning what healthy eating looks like? How does that affect their immune defense? How frequent are they sick? All these are very relevant when you compare with kids that consume the Standard American Diet (SAD). Enjoy the interview with Cathy DiLollo, mother of 5 girls ages 12-22.

Talking Immune System
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
04/21/20 • 50 min
t’s hard not to be fascinated by the power of our immune system. Sadly, nobody is giving it much credit lately - at least the MSM isn’t. What do you think has possibly evolved over 500 Million years of adaptation to bugs including viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites.
Does it seem right that we should live in fear and paranoia that bugs rule over us? Can you continue to live like that?

Immuno-Competence with Morley Robbins
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
04/19/20 • 70 min
Americans and countries around the world are being lied to by the Media.
Mainstream narratives are creating a population that remains asleep and frankly should be up in arms as to the half truths their told. From fake news and fake numbers to the outcomes of totally destroying human moral and potential. Programming the masses to believe they are inept and have NO internal defense and offensive system to adapt to all types of bugs and pathogens defies 500 MILLION years of evolutionary physiology.
Join Morley and I as we discuss the distinction between ImmunoCompetence and immunoSupression.

The Body's Wisdom
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
03/16/20 • 25 min
The Wisdom of the Body has sadly been lost in the mainstream hustle and bustle of products and services. Now more than ever, people need to remember and stay grounded in the brilliance of their immune response and the importance of boosting it or supporting it.
I have the privilege and blessing to serve the greatest patient’s in the world. I sat down with Bonnie Wanta to share some pearls of motherly, grandmotherly and sage wisdom regarding how over her 63 years of life is truly rocking it!
What I love most is the brilliance of simplicity.
This is exactly why I’ve created this show, to serve, teach and use my resources to help our listeners experience their best life. That can only be done through good health.
Good health leaves a trail. Enjoy!

Kids and Effects of Normalizing Behavior
FranklySpeakingwithDrWade
04/09/22 • 53 min
What happens when our children's less than healthy behavior is normalized in our school systems. What is the impact on that child's ability to problem solve, develop their potential or gain independence as a young adult? What about their community? How can we gauge what health is when our society has it so messed up? Our kids are programmed to be confused as to their gender, that drugs are required to sit still in class and that health comes from the doctor. "Furries" are now an acceptable personification (or is it animalification) in the classroom?
How do parents regain control in their child's mental and physical health in a school system that is wrought with contradiction and politically left extremism?
I'm always talking with other colleagues and professionals as to the challenges we face in our practices and patterns we see. Dr. Lou DePalma and I had a heart to heart chat one day that helped us both realize the depth of our current problem with our educational system, "sick care" system and the simple question of what actually IS health? We didn't agree on everything and that's a good thing. We see the world similarly and yet with differing perspectives. We can dialogue, not have all the answers and still be great friends with the utmost respect for each other.
This candid discussion is authentic in our responses and perspectives to societies over-accommodation to political correctness. Ill health "made normal" is not the answer.
My wish is not that you agree with us, but that you can resonate with our concern, our inner struggle to honor every person's choice while holding space for human potential.
