Have you ever wanted to shut yourself off from the outside world? Put your phone on DND? Cancel on Plans and spend the night alone?

In today's For You Friday episode, Olivia sits and chats with you guys with the way she has been feeling recently: dealing with imposter syndrome, wanting to isolate from everyone around her, and completely rebranding herself, her environment, and her business. Sometimes in our happiest moments, we can still feel a shed of sadness. Throughout this episode Olivia covers 1.) Her realization that SHE has the power to make herself happy 2.) The power of creating something for yourself and being successful at it 3.) Wanting to be alone and not socialize with others 4.) Imposter Syndrome when it comes to your own success 5.) Rebranding your lifestyle and finding what makes you happy.

It's never easy to realize that you are stopping yourself from your full potential. After months of not feeling like herself and feeling like she had no control of her life, Olivia wanted to take initiative and prove to herself that she is fully capable of her own happiness, and can make little changes in her routine to make a big change in her lifestyle.
