Good morning sunshine 🌞I find the phrase ' fake it til you make it ' something I lean on very heavily from time to time. When the morning is cozy and the bed feels to comfortable to leave and when life is beckoning with her cold arms to go about our day...there is hope in this: our circumstances change, our feelings betray us in the face of adversity but the soul of a man/woman can easily be led with the understanding that ' this to shall pass '. Regardless of how much I want to stay in bed and hug the blankets, a race car was not built to be garaged and neither was the greatness within you or I. Today can be awesome. Tell yourself 3 separate times throughout the day: " I am awesome & I got this " (yes I do this. And I tell my children & family every day. And now I am telling you: " You are awesome. You've got this. & I believe in you. " You are not at the mercy of an uncontrolled force. You are the architect of your own mind. Even when the boundaries of your mind foretell foreboding doom, you are the author. Own it!
