Welcome to the Folkloring Podcast. This week we take a nice long look at the folklore and magick of mending. While you might expect a lot of information about the acts of mending fabric, we tackle a whole lot more mending and repairing practices from all over the world in this episode. Of course we look at mending fabric, but also explore mending pottery and even thatched roofs. We touch on issues like repair in an emotional and metaphysical sense, resilience, community, frugality and poverty mindsets.
We hope you enjoy it. If you do, give us a rating and review so other folks like yourself can find us.
