In this episode, our first segment introduces you to the founder of Sprouting Bosses, Architect Miguel Ramirez. Mr. Ramirez shares his journey from Lima, Peru to Dallas, Texas, and how he felt compelled to contribute to his new country by being a positive role model for his family, his colleagues, and his community. The second segment provides the listener with access to a virtual Sprouting Bosses session. Sprouting Bosses is a 501(c)3 that focuses on teaching young adults beginning at age 13 on how to take a holistic view of their lives. Local business leaders and professionals donate their time, experience, and expertise by teaching young adults about time management, financial literacy, How to conduct Research and Analysis, and the importance of the first impression. This Sprouting Bosses session was held in the Corporate Offices of Folkes International Group, Inc.
