This vinyasa yoga class is suitable for all levels, so whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll be able to follow along and enjoy the benefits of this practice. We'll move through a sequence that will challenge and energize your body, while also bringing a sense of calm and focus to your mind. As we move through this practice, we'll be focusing on awakening our bodies and minds to the energy of the season, celebrating the return of warmth and light. With each breath, we'll be inviting in fresh energy and vitality, helping us to feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
