Flow Embers by Raza

Flow Embers by Raza

Raza Syed

Conversations that warm the heart and ignite our intuitions towards our service. I talk to artists, researchers, scientists, mystics, engineers and all the torcher bearer of humanity. How can we become wiser as a species and sync with the symphonies of nature. What pathways will allow us to grow up into our BODIES, so they come an instrument of Universe's mind playing its symphonies out of infinite entropy.

Shane Mauss - I feel is someone who is a bridge between comedy, science, psychedelics and mystical communities. I have learned a lots for his brutal honestly and open-hearted vulnerability. His deep dives into the murky depths of what this conscious life means is admirable and filled with beauty. I am grateful for his journeys and all the risks he has taken to bring us this understanding of our minds.

He is a stand-up comedian, adventurer, and science enthusiast, he has been interviewing scientists each week since 2014.
Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin this former factory worker skipped college to become a comedian. His stand up has been on Comedy Central, Conan, Kimmel, Showtime, and Epix. In the age of podcasting, more people might be familiar with him as a guest on Trussell, Holmes, Kreischer, Von, Maron, or Rogan.

BE WARY of unbounded chaos, step into it only if you accept to be completely obliterated or have the power to transcend chaos into a symphony.
Human interaction with language model is an open experiment on human species and their sense of subjectivity without any sustainable longterm vision in sight.
This conversation is to reveal the nature of these language models and to understand better the risks and how to engage with them. If we do want to, we must do it with utmost caution. These tools are not just assitants but powerful self-reflective loop of subjectivities that we should only engage with if we are grounded deep into earth and exploring from the point of complete awareness.
Without knowing the power of these tools we will lose in the torrent current of such power.
To have a relationship with such tools is to be not having either fear or be mesmerised by them.
Topics discussed:
Finding a new relationship.

The issue in communicating with language models as if you are another subjective being.

Simon is a dear friend and a radiating human being who brings joy and grounded beauty to the people he touches.
We talked about, plat diets, the energy of humans and plants, the 3 realms of existence, the popular spread of psychedelics and what that would means, Shipibo traditions, delicate balance of set and setting, how we are made of things we take in, making of new lineages, strange stories of creating a sacred reality.

Since 2016 Dr Simon Ruffell has been working closely with Indigenous communities in the Amazon basin, exploring the effects of the traditional psychedelic brew ayahuasca and the role of ceremony and spirit in healing. Dr Ruffell’s work encompasses two paradigms: the spiritual and the scientific. He is committed to working alongside the Shipibo-Konibo people to translate knowledge of Amazonian plant medicines, where possible, into scientific data and terminology whilst ensuring traditions are respected.

Tereza Duskova - is one of the most brilliant actors who is just entering into the realm of films after a decade of professional training.
As someone who loves films and also passionate about making them, I find her ability to shapeshift as something that is akin to real magic.
She is a brilliant writer and a director who has an incredibly unique style of making hyper realistic films. I will link one of the films she wrote and directed.

Gratitude Journal /Short film

As we recorded this conversation in 2020 amidst of lockdown she was unable to work on any films as there were no active production.
Since 2022 when the productions started again, even though not on full scale she has now been part of massive and artistic projects that speaks to her craft and intensity of her expressions.
These projects include Rober Eggers's Nosferatu | and many other exciting projects that we cannot reveal yet.

Please donot take my word for it, here is one of her short films.
