In this episode of the FLiP podcast we discuss the family mediation process, answering commonly asked questions including how it works, what it can cover and how much it costs.
FLiP Director Elizabeth Fletcher leads the discussion with our Head of Mediation, Dominic Raeside. Dominic’s family mediation practice is focused on helping couples reach a consensus about their future as it relates to their children, finances and housing. Dominic mediates both domestic and cross border family disputes including international child abduction and child arrangements.
Many separating couples would like to come to an amicable agreement about their children or financial affairs without resorting to litigation or relying on negotiations through solicitors. Family mediation can create a safe space to help you to reach an agreement, whether or not you have appointed solicitors. For more information on family mediation at FLiP, contact Wendy Hoare, our mediation coordinator, at E: [email protected] or T: 020 7420 5000.
