You make in peace with yourself when it comes to your disabilities, flaws and imperfections. You no longer being defined by what other people say, and think about you. You're not basing yourself on what other peoples opinions are. Nor are you basing yourself on what everybody else look like, or what someone else has. Nor are you worried about what other people are doing in their lives. You are only focusing on yourself. How to be in a world full of chaos, and still keep your sanity, peace, is your peace, quiet, and tranquility? It's also about helping people to rebuild their self esteem, selfworth, self value, self confidence confidence, and believe in yourself even when no one else does. It's also about your consciousness and subconsciousness. You opening your third eye, spiritual growth, awakening, and awareness. This podcast is pretty much about your spirituality, mental, emotional, and psychological psyche. You being at peace with yourself in all aspects of your life. The first thing people do when they get up in the morning is picking up their phones. So today I just want to talk about the fact that I was admitted into the hospital on Sunday. Having boundaries when it comes to the people you deal with, when it comes to the way you go about things, and when it comes to dealing with negativity is very important, when you have boundaries that means you’re gonna be more responsible, you’re not gonna be getting involved in things that have negative consequences, repercussions, and karma upon your actions, behavior, decisions, and choices that you make. Because by having boundaries people have to respect your feelings, once, needs, and what you’re willing to put up with . Plus it is a great way to eliminate a lot of negative people that are only around you because of what you can do for them, and give them. Boundaries are a great way to protect yourself from negative people that you don’t wanna be part of. Plus boundaries are great thing when it comes to standards, as far as what you believe in, and stand for.

In this episode, I am going to be discussing how to go about finding your inner peace and tranquility, as well as excepting the fact that you may not be chosen in dealing with rejection. A lot of us don’t know how to deal with rejection, or not being chosen due to what society has taught us when it comes to competition. Instead of walking away from people that don’t want to be with us, or not being chosen, or rejected when it comes to jobs, and other things, in understanding that those things are not meant for us, we continue to try to convince these individuals or the involved in the situation is to try to prove a point for these other 13 things and I’m going to say in this episode. There’s nothing wrong with walking away from a person that is not worth us. But for some reason we just choose to try to convince these people why we should be a part of something that we shouldn’t be a part of in the first place. Nor do these things in will for the person that’s trying to be a people, pleaser, seat, filler, captain, save a hoe, build a bear, and a doll, teachers, pet, and more

In this episode, I’m going to be discussing how an order for you to help yourself, you have to stop helping other people. And I know this is gonna sound completely and strange. But I promise you that when I do this actual video is going to make so much sense. A part of recovery is to stop helping other people, and focusing more on yourself. A part of recovery is being selfish, and learning to put yourself first. Learning how to say no to people that are only using you for what you have. And don’t do for you what you do for them. I’m not saying not to do for the people who do for you, but what I am saying is to not do for the people that are leaching, manipulating, bamboozling, lying, abusing, traumatizing, and not giving you what you give them. It’s not easy for good people to put themselves first because for so many years, we’ve been putting everybody else before ourselves. And making sure that everybody else is good versus taking care of ourselves. So I wanted to do this particular podcast, and live about the importance of you, putting yourself first, before you start helping other people. Learning to put your needs and wants first.

In this episode, I’m going to be discussing the importance of giving negative situation to God. And allowing God to do the work that needs to be done as far as the consequences, repercussions, and karma of these peoples actions. God is the only one that can determine the consequences, repercussions, and karma of these peoples actions, behavior, choices, and decisions that they make negatively. All you can do is continue to relinquish the negativity, rebuke it, and send it back with you came, learn from the negative situation, heal from the situation, and move on from it. You holding on to negativity based upon what someone else did to you, is no better than that negative person that’s doing what they’re doing to you. And it means that negative person has a hold on you. And you’re allowing these negative people to affect and impact your life, even though they’re no longer a part of your life. Let God deal with those negative people. You don’t have to deal with them at all. All you have to do is just pray, and forgive them for their wrongs, and continue to move forward and doing gods work. And staying on the path that God has put you on. Staying on your purpose, path, and journey that you are meant to be on. And don’t let anyone ever make you go against God no matter what. Your faith in God should never waver because of negative people who are doing negative things to you. It may not seem that God is there, but God is watching the way you handle the situation before he decides to step in. So in this episode I’m going to be discussing why are you just need to give all the negative situations to God. They continue to walk the path, journey, and purpose that God has put you on.

A lot of people cannot for some reason let go of the past emotions, or life that they had when they were younger. A lot of people are still holding on to all of the old feelings towards other people who are no longer part of their lives. Some people are still trying to be live there past with the same results. Through letting go of the past traumas, depression, and anxiety that you dealt with, you will find your inner peace and tranquility. By excepting what has happened, learning from it, healing from it, and growing, evolving, elevating, and maturing from the situations, and people that you’ve dealt with negatively, you will be able to find the peace within yourself.

In this episode, I’m gonna be talking about how I was listening to Pastor Michael Todd from Transformation Church, and how he talked about the fact that people do not own the vision that God has placed in your hands. And that really spoke to me because I’m one of those people that is trying to figure out now what God is putting in my hands as far as the vision that I supposed to do as a godly person to help people. And it took me a while to figure out what vision God has in store for me as far as what I’m supposed to do in this world to help people. And today it just hit me that is meant for me to be a life coach, doing podcasting, and writing books about how to truly recover based upon God’s way of recovering. It had me to the point that I was in tears. But I’m glad I got a chance to see this today. it’s amazing how the situation that I went through going after a sex cult has got me into a place now where I am actually a life coach helping people when it comes to recovery from multiple different facets of situations and people. So, I hope this podcast inspires you the way he inspired me today at church. And also why I have been gone for so long. But I appreciate all of you for supporting me through this journey of my medical condition. And still rocking with me despite it. Without you guys, there is no me. I will be nothing without you. So thank you guys so much for supporting me. I am truly blessed and humbled.

These 13 things are what can make us go in the wrong direction when it comes down to the things that we are willing to do for these 13 things. He said that these 13 things that we want people to see in us, we don’t see it ourselves. And if we don’t learn to start finding these 13 things within ourselves, versus looking for the 13 things and other people, we’re going to end up being the only overall unhealthy and unwell, but also mentally, psychologically, spiritually, and emotionally unhealthy. There’s also impacts our financial situation as well. So in order to find your inner peace and tranquility, you have to stop trying to find these 13 things through what other people think and say about you. And find these 13 things within yourself.

And it definitely resonated with me because of what I went through last night at the hospital. And I hope by breaking down this particular topic, that people will understand why it’s important to be in your Dominion. and understand why Dominion is so important when it comes to your life. how I’m coming into my dominion, based upon my isolation, cocoon, and hibernation stage when it comes to my self discovery. And what I’ve learned as far as the difference between ownership, and dominion.
