August is the Month of Replenishment: 10 Things Hard 2 Do
Financial Legacy
08/11/22 • 42 min
August is the month of Replenishment. Be sure to replenish mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Embark on the retired "Celebrity Hair Gawd" journey on Divine Revelations in life. It all began by Looking Good and becoming "Fit", which led to an undeniable internal truth we should all explore. Be sure to listen until the end of the show to reveal A Rare Gem moment for Minister Johnathan Nixon, Pastor of the Interdenominational Congregation, Holy Growth outreach ministries.
Minister Johnathan Nixon, Pastor of the Interdenominational Congregation, Holy Growth outreach ministries. He is a retired master barber who began cutting hair at age 10. Holy Growth outreach ministries bring awareness to the mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and financial effects of poisonous "legal" chemical addiction as it relates to the thousands of proven toxic chemicals found in products and foods targeted to low-income neighborhoods. After years of mastering the technique, he attended the top barber school in Ohio, Ohio State College of barber styling. As a licensed professional, he provided all chemical services, including coloring and styling.
For the last 10 years, he helped 1000s of women with recovering their hair but more so their spiritual selves. Most of his client's hair problems, when holistically evaluated, were found to be deeper than hair; in most cases, the causes were depression, anxiety, stress, and chronic worrying, which has been proven to cause all types of physical diseases. So, he began studying herbalism and continued study in divine truth, metaphysics, quantum physics, epigenetics, chemistry, biology and theology. I acquired my ministerial license in interdenominational studies. He addresses the spiritual and psychological traumas that are caused by the secret addiction to "legal chemicals."

Collecting Royalties with BHP Bishop Perry
Financial Legacy
03/07/24 • 30 min
There is a relatively small segment of leaders in the music business world; individuals who seem to build relationships, trust, and rapport with almost anyone, and then are able to broker the relationships and make connections between people, creating partnerships and alliances, and motivating forward momentum to ‘get things done. Improved functionality with Odyssey Entertainment, Bishop’s contributions centered on spearheading development and delivery of supply chain services and operational programs and improvement activities. But more importantly, they focused on building long-lasting, loyal relationships within the C-list of artist and record labels, on developing programs to meet market demands and help deepen market penetration, and on coordinating teams of supply chain experts, strategic business partners, and client relations staff to deliver services and tailored customer solutions.
After successfully launching several radio and retail distribution campaigns, Bishop’s career quickly accelerated over the next few years to include collecting music royalties for Gladys Knight and The Pips and the late Nina Simone and has expanded far beyond management and other direct supervision of music to leadership in large, multi-state regions of an alliance of several music business companies. As a past president of a Toastmasters International chapter, he is an excellent agent of change and has a documented track record of accomplishments that include the turnaround of chaotic and struggling operations; management of new music and artist; creation and launch of new and improved educational and operational programs; and growth and expansion of mature, established operations.
As he has top-notch qualifications working across the entire music continuum-suppliers, payers and customers-it’s challenging to put his skills in a “box”. But what is absolutely clear, is that he has a great deal of value to offer the right record company or artist.
