Figure It Out
12/20/21 • 87 min
In this special holiday episode the girls talk about the typical christmas traditions in their corners of the world as well as some weirder christmas traditions around the world. They also briefly allude to their shared distrust of Australians and Marlena makes a few disappointing confessions.
Content Warning: We talk very heavily about dieting and eating disorders in the first 10 minutes, so if you don’t want to hear that skip ahead! We start the actual christmassy content at about 10:30!

7: Ghosts (Spooky Halloween Episode!!)
Figure It Out
11/01/21 • 51 min
Happy Halloween girls, gays, theys, ghoulies, and ghosties!! After a lot of technical difficulties the girls are back and talking ghosts! They discuss why so many ghosts are women and what makes them so spooky and then they delve into deciding once and for all if ghosts are even real. Marlena tells the super spooky story of how she once woke up with a teeny tiny handprint (much smaller than her own) on her thigh, as though she’d been slapped by the ghost of a child. So grab your favorite candy and a beverage of your choice, put on your halloween costume, (if you’re seeing ghosts maybe consider getting a carbon monoxide detector) and let’s get spooky, baby!

13: Disordered Eating
Figure It Out
01/10/22 • 91 min
We're back with our first real, researched episode of the year! Lucky episode 13! As promised, we're doing Diets 2: 2 Dieting 2 Survive this episode and talking about the ugly alter ego of diets: disordered eating. The girls talk about what disordered eating is as well as why it's so common. It's pretty depressing!
CW: MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR CW ALERT ALERT!! We are obviously talking about the act of disordered eating as well as eating disorders but there are also several very real and very personal conversations about how diet culture has affected the girls and how they have engaged in harmful patterns and relationships around food. In addition we try to lighten the mood with a few jokes which may be uncomfortable or not funny to certain listeners. If you think this might be you: Sorry! Please don't listen! We hear you and we agree!
