The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Cyprus as a new Migration Hotspot

Last year more than 13.000 migrants arrived on the divided island of Cyprus turning the Republic in the south into the EU member with the highest number of migrants and asylum seekers per head in the EU. This podcast discusses the reasons and consequences of this surge in numbers as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the situation of the refugees in Cyprus.
