Destiny Burns opened CLE Urban Winery in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio after being away for 30 years. She left home to join the Navy which was the only way she would travel and see the world. After 20 years of service in the military she worked 13 years in business development for several defense contractors. The money was great but she wanted more out of life And she wanted to go home. So she bought a house back in Cleveland and a few months later started her lifelong dream of owning her own company. She started a winery!

John Pugliano is a very successful money manager, but his path to get there was a bit circuitous. After high school, he wanted to get out of Pittsburgh because the factories and steel mills were closing down. So he joined the marines at 17 to “get a job” and see the world. A decade later John was in sales, marketing and business development. In the last few years of his 20-year corporate life, he prepared for starting his own company as a money manager.
