Harley Parks is a fireball of a 17-year-old girl. At the time of this recording, she was still living in Germany. Her father serves in the military overseas. She not only goes to school she also built a global esports org competing in tournaments everywhere.
I spoke with her about finding and managing teams via Zoom calls while convincing her parents that she can make this all work. If you have followed Harley for any length of time, you know how far she has come.
