Ep 8 👑 A Thrones Stow Away 🏠
09/25/21 • 6 min
1-Live out your childhood daydreams...as long as they are legal and not life threatening. Be careful with the Karate Kid reenactments, Someone could get hurt, Right Ben? Sorry about that kick on the trampoline. I got way too much into character.
2-Really?!? Once again with the skinny dipping Travis? I dont even recall bringing a swimming suit. Doesn’t seem one was even needed. Shuck it, swim it, lay in the warm sand, air dry, unshuck, and apply a lot of lotion to your dry summer skin. I just remember how soothing the lotion was when it stung my dry chapped skin. Now that was Intensive Care at its finest.
3-As iggy once said “Your future is determined by your past, so be careful what you do in your past.” Cautiously and thoughtfully conduct your life. Trying to retain your old glory days could end up ending you. Clean out the attic of your life. Dont be an Uncle Rico, let it go. You ain’t all that.

Ep 9 🔥🚗 Go Ahead, Make My Day! 📦
Enthusiasm begets enthusiasm.
Challenge that hypothesis. Prove the universe wrong. Even if the person has been weaned on a pickle, your joy, with the proper frequency will be delivered, your job is done, and your frequency is secured.
Be nice to your UPS drivers. If your dog is at risk or risky, keep them contained. Its the courteous thing to do.
Buffalo wings don’t come from “a buffalo”, they come from Buffalo
Johnny Appleseed never saw the trees he planted, nor did he taste directly of the fruits if his Labors. You can count the seeds in an apple, but can you count the apples from a single seed?
How do you make someone’s day?
How do you go out of your way to show up for others?
Sharing meaningful enthusiasm isnt about changing others, its about retaining yourself, and your frequency. Hold your enthusiastic ground.
Do your part, and do it well...
