Haili sits down with Rebecca Szymborski, Rebecca is a therapist and social worker who focuses predominantly on working with LGBTQIA, non-monogamous, kink, and other alternative sexuality communities. They are queer, chronically ill, and open about their own mental health and experiences. They are also a sex educator and co-author of the book “It’s Called Polyamory: Coming Out About your Nonmonogamous Relationships”, and are currently working on a book about borderline personality disorder that destigmatizes the disorder and comes from a place of lived experience.

Haili sits down with Alexi Minnick, MSW. Alexi has experience working with individuals on the clinical side of social work specifically with those with chronic mental health conditions including schizophrenia. Alexi is also passionate about reducing mental health stigma in the college student population. Alexi also has experience working with those with binge eating disorder, and has done work with Project Heal.

Jaclyn Overby is a social worker from Kentucky. Jaclyn has been practicing social work for 6 years and services on the Foster Care Council board for the State of Kentucky. In this episode, Jaclyn opens up for the first time about the trauma that she experienced growing up which lead to her own personal experiences of domestic violence. Jaclyn shows great resilience and strength and hopes that in sharing her experiences she can help at least one person feel less alone.

Haili sits down with Silver Lee to discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices within the workplace. Silver does freelance DEI work in Washington state to help organizations address the trauma that people of color and with other intersecting identities face when they are marginalized as employees.

He has proudly appeared as a guest speaker at Universities, Corporations, nonprofit events, NBA skill camps, school assemblies, and youth camps across the country. As a graduate of East Central University, where he was named Outstanding Student in Business and won a football championship as captain of the football team, he is the picture of success.
