In this episode with speak with David Ramsey, an Ophthalmologist from the Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, Beth Israel Lahey Health, in Massachusetts, USA. We speak about his recent paper, 'Underdiagnosis of glaucoma in patients with exudative age-related macular degeneration’ and discuss whether there is a link between glaucoma and wet-AMD and why that may be.

In this episode we speak with Kavita Aggarwal, an Ophthalmology Trainee from Oxford. She talks about wellbeing, how to stay healthy during the latest lockdown and provides some top tips on how to avoid burnout.

We discuss his experience of coming to the UK, the level of diversity in Ophthalmology in the UK and what needs to be done to improve equality and diversity within our specialty and medicine in general.
