Marian Williams, Director Audit, Audit and Actuarial Regulation at the FRC, joins EY Director of Regulatory and Public Policy, Loree Gourley, to provide an overview of the recent Audit and Assurance Lab Audit Committee Reporting report which shares the views of investors, audit committees and companies and highlights best practice. Phase 2, coming in 2018, will cover auditors’ reporting to audit committees.
