I believe that the selling of another person’s body is one of the lowest crimes on earth. It is hard to look at but I believe if we don’t do that, then how do we stop it? This week on “Exploited: Crimes Against Humanity” we are going to look at the “selling” process involved in human trafficking. Backpage.com this week made national headlines because they were “shutting down” the adult ads in the “Escort”section of their website. Those sneaky little buggers (a Christian substitute for what I am really thinking) simply moved the ads to the “Dating” section. So we will spend some time understanding ads and what they really mean. We will also look at the many ways traffickers “market” their prey. It is important for all of us to recognize that what we are seeing is not OK but is in fact the total exploitation of another human being.
