The citizens of the Western Australian City of Perth were living in fear between 1959 to 1963. A murderer was on the loose. He killed 8 victims and attempted to murder 14 more. His victims had nothing in common and his methods changed for each murder. Only one man was behind all the horrendous crimes. His name was Eric Edgar Cooke.
