Midshipmen as well as Junior Officers are particularly encouraged to listen. Ethics and the Naval Warrior is hosted by Michael Sears, a 1978 USNA grad. Michael spent 5 years in the Marine Corps and then earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University. He then went on to a successful career in several prominent Silicon Valley companies. He is now Director of the Boeing Innovation Lab at the Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership at the Naval Academy.
