ETBR (Elaina's Version)

The beginning of 2024, two individuals who tried to break my confidentiality. Sharing information that was confidential, while violating HIPPA. To someone who showed up six years later like time would amend the pain. A cheater will always be a cheater, while a boy will always be a boy. I don’t need closure or an apology. Save your excuses and apology for yourself. You can keep showing up like nothing happened, but it’s not bothering me anymore. It’s only bothering you because the guilt is getting to you. Never once did you care about how I felt about the situation, so why should I care when you got what you deserve? You deserved what you got. There isn’t a second chance, just a cold shoulder. Once someone I knew is forever a stranger to me. I can play the game too, but you play the victim because you don’t like the same treatment done back to you. You can’t have it both ways. Maybe you should have thought about the consequences but you didn’t. Keep playing the pity game and making everyone feel sorry for you , because you got caught. How I see you now will never change. The calm before the storm was not seeing the red flags or ignoring them, then you got burned more than once. Now you see the red flags and it made your vision clearer. No more ignoring the red flags or not seeing them. Moving forward I’ll be extra cautious of everything that is around me and how I will handle that situation. To the ending of 2024, a lot of painful lessons were learned but I somehow healed. Tides to change was waking up one day and removing everyone from your past. You no longer talk to anyone from your past or follow them. In order to heal and to move on from your past. You have to remove certain things. That’s how the tides to change starts. Everything starts from somewhere, it’s not out of anger. This is out of healing and moving forward.
