Esportz Network contributor Devon and Mitch talk about the roles of esports coaches, how they've evolved and why they still have a ways to go. This was recored in mid-summer but held as it wasn't as time sensitive as other podcasts. With that being said, some of the statements don't make a ton of sense timing wise but the majority of the conversation about esports coaches still makes sense.

Jason Lake is one of the true founding fathers of western esports. Few companies can touch the run of Complexity Gaming from being founded in 2003 until now. Through that time, Lake has seen different eras of esports come and go.
