The rocky road to learning to Breastfeed | Ep.11

In this episode, we talk all about that magical milk bar!
I had always planned to breastfeed and ever since I can remember it's been important to me.
After a traumatic birth, I really wanted to be able to do this for my baby but also for myself. We had a very rocky start and there were so many moments I didn't think I would be able to continue but as I post this podcast we are 3 months into exclusively breastfeeding and I am thankful for every day my body and baby continue to work together.
This is my own personal story of our journey and what we learnt along the way. Enjoy!
