In this first episode, I’m going to introduce myself, Maureen Ross Gemme, an ex-corporate career girl turned entrepreneur. I’m a personality expert, leadership trainer, author, and coach working with people in recovery to step into leadership at life and work.

I created this podcast because I believe that people who get sober and get into recovery learn some of the most essential skills necessary to be a good leader at work, in the community, and in their family. I'll also share a sneak peek at what listeners can expect to hear in the future episodes that I will be releasing - specifically in the areas of recovery, and leadership using your personality and spirituality as a guide to others
