After Covid absolutely destroyed my Summer traveling plans, I regrouped and put together an epic two-week long road trip that would allow me to check off a few of my remaining states that I was missing. Today’s episode focuses on my first six days that took me from my home in Texas, north to Chicago, and then west towards Montana. These first few days were full of good food, random pit-stops, and surprisingly impressive scenery.
