This episode is repeat of one of our most listened to podcasts. It is timely and could indicate that folks are seeking relief and ways to manage their anger. Remember that developing emotional regulation involves mindfulness, empathy and practicing techniques like deep breathing or pausing before reacting. It's not about suppressing feelings but understanding and expressing them in healthy, constructive ways.
