The Dawn of Horns
Druids Of Doom: A Metal Podcast
09/30/22 • 67 min
Franny and the Wrecker of Necks are back with more fist pumping reviews of Venator, Mortiferum and Napalm Death. Spines are still healing from live performances by Inhuman Condition, Kataklysm, and Deicide! The druids get all verklempt over Stormruler and Nocturnus, and in this episode’s extravaganza the druids discuss how they were seduced by heavy metal. Wrecker talks about scary punk rockers chasing people down with baseball bats, and Franny expresses his unrequited love for Ratt. Once again the druids are at odds with each other over Fellowship's first album, The Saberlight Chronicles. So the only question is - do you like xylophones?!
Also HUGE thanks to Stormruler for the use of part of their song, Blood of the Old Wolf, as our intro and outro music!
*Sorry for the quality of Franny’s mic. He forgot how to plug a cable in, hence the fuzz. He has been flogged for his insolence and spent the week in the pillory.*

Black Metal Brain Eaters!
Druids Of Doom: A Metal Podcast
02/27/23 • 88 min
The Druids join forces in a frostbitten exploration of the infamous 2nd wave of Black Metal. We preview the return of the Milwaukee Metalfest. Wrecker brings tales from Florida, including his hotel’s blood covered sheets, sightings of the least Metal creature in the animal kingdom, and the ratio of trophy wives in Key West. Frannie is truly befuddled discussing the emotional connect between shitting one’s pants in a hardware store, and technical Death Metal. Finally, reviews of Phobophillic and Malevolent Creation will have your bowels - and ears - trembling
