This episode is all about love, business, and how the two can work together. I sit down with the lovely couple of Brittnee & Brennden to talk about how they met, the growth of Pickleville Productions, and being engaged during the quarantine.
Bio Time:
Brennden Colbert and Brittnee Johnson met in the fall of 2016, at a local non-profit in Hartford, CT. Very quickly, they would realize they both were passionate about the struggles in their community and communities alike. In 2015, Brittnee launched her organization, Pickleville Productions; a community organization focusing on activism-art and social justice. She would then write, produce and direct her first sold-out musical; Hope For Hartford. Since 2010, Brennden has been a community leader focusing on self-esteem and self-confidence through inspirational speaking, multimedia projects, and philanthropy. He is also a certified life coach. Brennden has successfully awarded over $3,000 in scholarships, 250 turkeys, and facilitated empowerment workshops across the East Coast. Brennden and Brittnee are now engaged to be married and cannot wait for their #RoyalWedding next summer!"
