The Frock NYC, is a grassroots success story. The ready-to-wear modest fashion space, was founded in 2015 by sisters Simi & Chaya. Swiftly capturing the Jewish modest dressing market and beyond with their undeniably recognizable Frocks. The Frock became not just a clothing brand but a culture, an attitude and a way of life. Their work in entrepreneurship and social media continually smashes stereotypes and redefines the modest women of today.
With all this great success the sisters took a sabbatical from designing and producing their seasonal collections in 2021. Though they shared some reasoning at the time of the break, it was not fully clear why they took this pause.
