#83- AEW & WWE Head to Head, Suzuki vs. Everybody & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
10/21/21 • 71 min
This week on the show, we chat about the worst wrestling convention of all time in the “On This Day” segment. We also discuss some new figure news before doing a Highspots mystery box unboxing live on the air. We then wrap it all up with some thoughts about what we have watched since we last sat down, including Suzuki vs. Everybody, NXT, AEW and more!

#210- M-m-M-M-m Mania Week!
Dorkside of the Ring
04/04/24 • 79 min
It's WrestleMania week! On the show this week we took a look back at WrestleMania 2000 and the Raw that followed. It isn't quite what we have come to know as the "Raw after Mania, but was fun. From there we had a wee bit of figure news. We expect there to be a ton of new things announced in the coming days. The Stu is once again full of all sorts of things to chat about including all of the AEW offerings, a tremendous Raw (boy!) and the CM Punk interview that has been the talk of the town. Adam and I want to thank all of you for your continued support, and the fact that you spend some of your valuable time listening each week means a ton. Cheers!

#74- NJPW: Resurgence, Triple Mania 29, Rampage & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
08/19/21 • 81 min
Hey gang! This week on the show we are dealing with a pro wrestling landscape that is changing by the day! The changes are both in the current day product as well as in the Retro Raw Review from 1997. What an exciting time to be a fan. We are on the precipice of something big if the internet rumors are to be believed. We talk about the Mattel Creations New Generation Arena that got funded on Friday, as well as hit on all of the stuff that has been going on this week. There's a lot! We look at the first Rampage, Dynamite, TripleMania, NJPW Resurgence and a ton more. Thank you so much for taking the journey with us!

#73- DX is Formed, #Unlock the Arena Update, & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
08/12/21 • 50 min
This week on the show it's a singles match as Mat is tackling the show solo style as Adam is on vacation. All the normal segments are covered, but it's a little strange without Adam's wit and insight. The Retro Raw Review is heading on a crash course to IYH: Ground Zero, and was a very pivotal episode in the shows history. Rocky Maivia sides with the Nation of Domination, and, although its not named, DX is formed with HBK, HHH, Chyna and a returning Rick Rude come together. After that we update some new signees for Zombie Sailor and give an update on the Mattel Creations crowd funded playset. The show finishes up with Mat chatting about the wrestling that was consumed since we last sat down. Enjoy!

#72- They Did A Deathmatch On TNT?!
Dorkside of the Ring
08/05/21 • 82 min
This week on the show we talk about the latest news in the wrestling world, including some significant WWE releases. We also take some time to chat bout the fact that AEW actually aired a legit deathmatch on cable television! Say what you will, but Nick Gage vs. Chris Jericho was a big deal. We also hop in the way back machine to revisit SummerSlam 1997 and the Raw that followed it. This two day span was most notable for Stone Cold Steve Austin suffering a broken neck, and The Hitman capturing his 5th WWF Heavyweight Championship. Tons of other stuff is covered. Thanks for listening, and feel free to reach out with some feedback!

#71- SDCC Reveals, Cardona in GCW & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
07/29/21 • 85 min
This week on the show we find ourselves knee deep in the go home Raw to SummerSlam 1997! Things are getting heated between The Hart Foundation and the rest of the WWF. Faction warfare seems imminent, and we a re here for it. Then we have a Super-Sized edition of “Into the Dorkness” because it is SDCC time. So many cool figures were announced. We try to touch on all of it, but for a more in-depth look, check out the Mattel Elite Squad video on YouTube. Then, we round out the episode chatting about all the glorious wrestling we have watched since we last sat down. Enjoy!

#69- Hart Foundation Stipulations, and Lots of Figure News!
Dorkside of the Ring
07/15/21 • 74 min
Well things are heating up in our trek down the trail is 1997 WWF. The Hart Foundation has laid down the gauntlet in the form of stipulations in each of their Summer Slam matches. Anvil is even putting his goatee on the line. (do any of these get paid off, I don't think so). We also have a decent amount of news this week, including the first trickle of SDCC pre-orders. We cant wait for the Sgt. Slaughter Ultimate, and to see what the next few weeks bring! Mat adds a personal grail to the collection, and we cover what happened this week from WWE to AEW, GCW and ROH. Thanks for listening to the show, and please share with a friend. It means a ton. Thanks!

#68- Canadian Stampede Review, Live Crowds on the Horizon & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
07/08/21 • 66 min
This week on the show it feels like we are in a bit of a holding pattern. Not as far as the effort we put in, but the wrestling world as a whole. But that is all about to change! AEW is on the road starting this week and WWE is right behind. ROH has their Best in the World PPV right around the corner as well! It's a fun time to be a fan. The news is also a bit lacking as we wait for SDCC and all of the figure reveals that will come with that. The floodgates will soon be open and I for one cannot wait! Thanks for listening to the show and please share it with a friend. It would mean the world to us!

#67- TWO Local Indy Shows, Mattel Reveals & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
07/01/21 • 68 min
On the show this week we have a great show planned! We are a bit light on the pro wrestling history and the figure news (SDCC is right around the corner), but we make up for it with a really good Retro Raw Review as we see Los Boricuas debut and things really start heating up ahead of The Canadian Stampede. We also have lots to talk about in the “Whatchu Watchin?!” segment as we get into all of the stuff that was presented on television and TWO live shows that were attended in our area. Frozen Tundra Wrestling an Wicked F’N Wisconsin were a stark contrast to one another, but both shows were very fun. Hope you enjoy the show, and if you like what we’re doing, share it with someone!

#142- Ricky Starks, Rock Bottom & More!
Dorkside of the Ring
12/15/22 • 66 min
This week on the show we have a whole lot of stuff to cover, and only an hour to cover it! We talk about the fire promo from Ricky Starks on Dynamite after he won the big battle royal, NXT Deadline, Raw and more. In the Retro Raw, we are on the heels of IYH: Rock Bottom, where we saw The Rock somehow retain the WWF championship and Austin (with help from a certain Big Red Machine and a very inexperienced backhoe driver) bury The Undertaker alive! We also hit on history and figure news in all the segments you know and love. If you like what you are hearing, please help us spread the word, rate, review, it all helps more than you know. Enjoy!
