This is the first of our pods telling the story of our recent trip to Osaka, Japan where we immersed ourselves into the JDM motherland. From the insane Osaka tackle show to the delicate Megabass showcase event and everything in between we hope it gives listeners a tiny insight into our adventures some 6000 miles from home.

There will be way more to come and we will deep dive into some of our purchases and various lure that we hope to see in the UK in the future.

The Cornish Lure Festival has long provided saltwater anglers a stern test but this year saw some pretty radical format changes that made us have to work even harder for every fish.

We break down how small tactical tweaks can reap big rewards and how no matter the experience any angler can lose their sanity when the fish won't play ball!!

Welcome aboard. We're back, back ,back with a very late episode that covers our visit to the Big One show and more specifically the Lure Live section ran by Predator tackle. It was a nice gauge of where the lure scene is at in the UK and whilst it isn't yet shoulder barging the Carp guys into the long grass it's certainly holding its own. We spent a few quid, met some great people and ate some wonderful cake. Please sit back, fluff up a cushion and excuse the poor audio.
