Dan and Matt chat about the biggest dynasty value risers and falls as well as pronounce their targets to buy as a contender or in a rebuild.  The duo also covers the depth of the elite running back tier, the value of a handful of young tight ends, and how the Green Bay and Arizona pass catchers should be seen as 2017 plays out.
