Discovering Guest Miriam Burlakovsky is the founder and CEO of Mindful Miri Method. She teaches mindfulness, yoga, and behavior change to busy women who want to feel light, healthy, confident, and free in their bodies. Mindful Miri Method’s mission is to empower 1 million women to improve their relationships with food, their bodies, and themselves through meditation, mindset, and movement. She holds a Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA), an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in school psychology, and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification with Yoga Alliance. She is a mother/ stepmother of 4, former personal trainer, former dieter, and a recovering perfectionist. She spends her free time hiking, ocean swimming, doing yoga, traveling, camping, and recording conversations with amazing women on the Mindful Miri Podcast.
