The Chamblee United Methodist Church Disc Golf Course is one of the most popular courses in the Atlanta area and has been called the best nine hole course in Georgia. Unfortunately, due to a legal claim against the church's insurance policy, the course has been shut down until the situation is resolved. We talked to the parties involved and analyzed the facts as well as the legal theories at play.

Allegedly, Dynamic Disc significantly decreased their offer after finding out that Macie is pregnant and would only be playing a limited 2024 Disc Golf Pro Tour Season. We discussed the legal factors that define pregnancy discrimination and how they apply to Macie's Situation.

Why Did UDisc and the DGPT Break Up?

The DGPT will now host all live scores and stats on DGPT.com using data from PDGA live and run by the new PDGA technology team, which incudes the recently acquired employees from Statmando. In the past month, Natalie Ryan has dismissed the PDGA from her lawsuit in California federal court and registered for a 2024 Tour Card. Then last week, the PDGA dropped it's "pre-puberty" requirement from its Gender Eligibility Requirements. This reverses their previous decision and will allow transgender women, including Natalie, to participate in the FPO division at PDGA Majors and DGPT events in the upcoming season.
