Shopping trolleys, ethics and finding a meaning making story

This one begins with cashew nuts, e-bikes, and shopping trolleys and we soon find ourselves talking about ethics – and the granular decisions we make day in, day out. We reflect on the gap we notice and dissonance we feel when who we want to be and the us that shows up sometimes feel too far apart. We celebrate how we can lean in and take note of our internal correcting mechanism we have, which may feel like an ache inviting us to bring our better and best selves to every situation. And we chat about finding a meaning making story, a reference point that guides us, our decisions and our behaviours and helps us become the kind of person we are truly seeking to be.
