Our miraculous bodies. The longest relationship of our lives is with our custom made meatsuit. All of our lives we have been navigating it with a tenuous balance between our animal natures and our brilliant minds. Every experience and minute that we are alive we are doing so at the grace or the mercy of this relationship we have cultivated with our bodies, be it tender or tense.

Conscious or not, the energy of our life radiates out and receives in with every beat of our hearts and every step we take. In this episode how the wisdom of the natural world within each of us is continually sabotaged and clouded by a misunderstood construct regarding the language our bodies uses to communicate with us. We are invited to alter our perspective on responding to our bodies and liberate that conversation from the constant power over chatter that that we have been oriented towards.
