We're five old friends who share a love of games and viciously mocking one another. This joint project has been a total joy from day one - and we hope that sense of fun, and our wicked sense of humour, come across loud and clear
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
Our podcast tells an epic story of adventure, set in a world DM Tom has been developing for many years. There's plenty to enjoy for fans of TTRPGs - but it's also a cosy, funny listen for anyone who wants to sail away from the real world for a while
Which episode should someone start with?
You could start with chapter 1 but you'll soon pick up the story wherever you jump in You could try our Halloween or Christmas specials (chapter 13 & 21) or our short stories from each character, set before the main quest (Shadows Before Dawn, the Diary of Augustus Zeno, A Long Way From Home) Or for a crazy car chase (well, carriage chase) try chapter 19: Escape from Haven Finally, for something different, check out our four-part Candela Obscura mystery: The Curious Case of Ernest Wainwright
