Dr. Christopher Bailey describes a few of the efforts underway in Katy ISD to transition to a distance learning model during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and Dr. David DeMarkis postulates the potential Community based accountability presents as an alternative to the high stakes testing model of accountability prevalent in federal and state educational policies. All the while, Dr. Bullion aka Chaos in a Suit rants and raves about the duel systems of education known as general education and special education being at odds with one another in a zero sum game of halves and have nots in which children are grouped into winners and losers.
