Eyeliner and hairspray...nope, they’re not girls, the bad boys of music...here to rock your world.
The excess, the parties, the sex and the drugs...banned from hotels for setting fire to rugs.
Concerts in arenas that lasted long into the night, the babes in high heels and skirts so damn tight.
It’s the era of music you didn’t realize you’d miss...but please...somebody put makeup back on KISS.
Hair metal was an integral part of 1980s music. Mötley Crüe, Poison, Whitesnake — these bands and others dominated the airwaves just as MTV transformed the music landscape. The competition was as tight as everyone's pants.
The latex, the makeup, the hair...and those lyrics. Musically, glam metal took traditional heavy metal and added a dash of punk and pop. In the '80s, drugs got harder, the hair got bigger, and morals went completely out the window. Stories of debauchery and non-stop partying made hair metal what it was. Hair metal was about excessive everything. The genre enjoyed nearly 10 years of prominence.
Here with us today to take part in our quiz is one of my favorite podcasts. Please welcome Johnathan, Logan, and Jeff... hosts of The Midnight Train Podcast.

But, as always, our fucked up questions won’t have anything to do with dogs.
So...until next Thursday, have a great one, and we’ll see you next week...
Right here...

Life in the music industry, never a dull moment I’m sure

Packed arenas, sweaty fans, and a groupie...sitting on your face?
This week, it’s the third and final episode in the Dead Celebrities trilogy and this should be a fun one. It’s the one I’ve been looking forward to the most...this week we focus on musicians and people associated with the music industry.
