London-Based Interior Design Firm 2LG Studio on Freeing Your Home and Why Pink Is a Neutral
London-based interior designers Russell Whitehead and Jordan Cluroe of 2LG Studio are committed to one simple mission: making living lovely. Their endless joy and passion for design comes from their stellar sense of humor and the cool cultural references that inform their work, like ’80s classic TV show Dynasty, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Schitt’s Creek. They create spaces and products that radiate self-expression and playfulness—from painting a doorframe electric blue to designing area rugs in unexpected, sculptural forms. For them, being bold in life means bringing that energy, joy, and personality to every corner, and design is all about the boundary-bending gesture: add a glossy patterned tile all the way up to the ceiling for maximum impact, and painting the inside of your closets in a color that makes you happy. 2LG gives you permission to pick up a paintbrush and paint outside the lines—in punchy lilac and bubblegum pink, of course.
