Am I the only one feeling that I - too often - repeat the same mistakes ?
Lost my keys, credit card, was too drunk, missed my flight again, despised myself, i overshared, I overthink, im back again with self-depreciation. A mistake is an action, a decision, or a judgment that produces an unwanted result. Basically, it’s something you’ll often regret. But if you turn your view upside down, they also might be beneficial to you. After committing what we consider a mistake and after confessing it, you’ll hear : "at least you're going to learn a lesson". And yet, despite this so-called lesson, it seems that we, humans, keep repeating the same mistakes.
Why ? I invite friend and creative Melissa Bon (@melissabon) to talk about this in the second episode of DEEP INSIDE.
