The Houston Mass Murders
In 1973 Elmer Wayne Henley shot and killed Dean Corll. No one knew it then, but the two men, along with accomplice David Brooks, were responsible for the largest string of murders to take place in America at the the time. Known as the Houston Mass Murders, this is the largely forgotten story of the serial killer dubbed by the media as 'The Candy Man,' and how he raped, tortured, and murdered more than 27 teenage boys in the early 1970s.
