She developed the Maternal Fitness® Program in 1990 and for over 20 years has been teaching and developing the Tupler Technique® Program for treatment of diastasis recti for women, men and children. She has been featured on many national television programs such as the Today Show, Regis & Kelly as well as in many fitness, medical, and women's health magazines. She is also the author of several books such as ‘Lose your mummy tummy’ and ‘Maternal Fitness’.
