Sam George
In this episode, I speak with Sam George. Sam is the author of I’ll Get Back to You.
I’ll Get Back to You is the first step in ending the Dyscommunication Crisis.I had a great time exploring the issue of communication with Sam; we covered so many things that will help people understand the problem with email and other forms of communication in our world today.
The world today is fast-paced, and how we communicate has gotten sloppy. Sam has written an excellent book that walks us through the rough areas of communication. He also gives us some great ways that we can help our emails get seen more! The power Sam has uncovered for us will change how you think about communicating with others.
I hope you find value in our conversation, along with putting Sam's tips to practical use.

Brian Debes

Brian Debes
The interview with Brian was a great experience for me. Brian gave us a lot to think about in our own life. It was something about Brian that gave me a sense that we can make anything happen in our lives if we just do it. Coming from a past of being a small person and having people tell you not to try because you might get hurt to a place where people look up to you and seek your expertise; makes Brian is a well-rounded person with a lot of passion for what he does.
I hope you enjoy this great conversation!
A little about Brian
Brian Debes is a martial arts professional and anti-bullying advocate. He is the founder and owner of 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Beaumont, a martial arts school developed by renowned instructor Eddie Bravo, where he coaches children and adults to overcome obstacles like shyness, anxiety, and bullying. Through the philosophies and practices found in Jiu-Jitsu, Debes instills confidence and self-esteem, preparing students with the know-how and strategies to defend themselves mentally, emotionally, and physically.
After enduring relentless childhood bullying for his small stature and physical disability, which limits his motor skills, Brian pushed through the restrictive beliefs of others, including his family, who adamantly discouraged physical activity for fear of injury or failure, and pursued his childhood dream --Jiu-Jitsu. Never sharing his disability with peers to avoid labels and preferable treatment, Brian trained hard and flourished, mentally and physically. His success fueled him to build his own business, and today he uses his experience to show others that anything is possible, despite the opinions and confinements of others.
Through martial arts and his teaching of healthy habits, Brian has helped improve the lives of thousands of students. As a competitor, in 2013, Brian was listed as 10th Planet’s competitor of the year and was rated #1 adult grappler in North America by Ranked/NAGA. In addition, he has worked with several A-list celebrities and UFC fighters.

Sam Mitchell

Sam Mitchell
In this episode, I spoke with Sam Mitchell; I learned what many of us need to know. It hit me like a ton of bricks when I asked Sam for his call to action for our listeners. His response to this question was quick and poignant! I consciously looked at the times when I did not understand a situation and gave it that god-awful stare. I never gave it a thought; I just kept doing what I was doing while thinking to myself, "Problems!" This was when I knew I still had problems with this type of behavior. I think we all do this unknowingly as we traverse our day. Let's take some time and reflect on how we see others in their time of trouble.
I learned in this conversation that I need to understand people in a much better, more educated way. I thought I understood what Autism was, but I found out I had very little knowledge of what Autism is.
We all see problems when someone is having what appears to us as a meltdown right in front of us. I never considered what was happening right before me as a sensory issue. This is the hit you like a ton of bricks moment. We all need to educate ourselves about others and the needs that surround each of us every day.
The power of education is critical. Let's educate ourselves about others!

JEFF ABRAHAM

Jeff Abraham
The best way I can describe this conversation would be, "Passion Packed!" As I found in Jeff Abraham, it is not often in our world we see passion. You can feel the level of concern that Jeff has for our world and the people he serves. Jeff's background and expertise in pharmaceuticals taught us a lot from this packed conversation.
When Jeff started talking, I could tell he was more interested in his service and message than in selling you a product. The obvious here would be that the products Jeff sells sell themselves.
This was a genuine conversation that is sure to help change our world in a small way; however, it could be life-changing to the individuals we might impact with our discussion.
I hope you find this conversation helpful and that it might have a slight impact on your future.

Ted Hampton - Pitch Me
Dead America
07/13/22 • 21 min
Ted Hampton was born and raised in Southern California, and had an early interest in businesses that were not the run of the mill. ?
In his own words: When the Bellagio Casino was being built, I moved to Las Vegas to open up a restaurant, where I worked until I decided to start my own food delivery company. During this time, I learned so much about people and building valuable relationships.?
All this prompted me to want to help other entrepreneurs, and after watching copious amounts of TV shows, I thought I should start pitching other budding entrepreneurs to help them build their business.?
What I didn’t expect, is how intimate these relationships could be. Sometimes, I’m asking people to open up about painful experiences, and fortunately for me I was built, through my own near-death experiences, to know how to talk to people in a way that matters. ?
This is my second chapter in life and, like everybody else, I’m not sure where this will lead, but I ‘m just thankful to have the opportunity to do it.

Sweets Wilson Williams
In this episode, I speak with Dr.Sweets Wilson Williams. The biggest takeaway from this interview would be that life is a struggle when you don't have a purpose. We should look at ourselves often and ask ourselves hard questions that will challenge our understanding of life.
Dr.Williams tells us that we are not born strong, and not one of us has ever been born knowing it all. Many of us suffer in silence and fear because of this. We can reach out for help without feeling weak or vulnerable when we understand this.
Under the link section, you will find a link that will take you to Dr. William's website. When we talk about how to inspire, motivate and empower others, we need a network of people with knowledge.
I hope that you have found value in today's episode.
