CAPTURE - When you have an idea, make sure to capture it at that moment - do not wait. This can be a note on your phone, a notebook, or any sophisticated method that works for you. But - it must work for you.
DIGESTION - Once it is captured - how you digest the data into a system is important.
- Find a time everyday to digest your captured data.
- Can you do quickly? Do it and mark it off.
- Will it take time? Put it in your task management system or calendar.
- Use you calendar!
