Dare to listen and walk in the miraculous | Tobi Akande

Still on the series listening, that part of prayer we neglect. In this video I share how two people choose to be the one in such a time of difficulties to LISTEN to God and we can literally watch how their life was miraculously influenced. A lot can happen when we are silent and still. In today's world we are accustomed to individual voicing their opinion on practically anything and everything which has left us with a society that is ever talking without the courage to listen.
We rarely get the time to listen because we are forever moving or ready to move. The time we get to sit down to listen is either we are being pulled by noise looking for attention. we live in such a time that we are constantly plugged into a device always listening but it seems we are not hearing.
It seems to me If we can give God a portion of time dedicated to what we have come to know to be clamour we will surly receive from the giver of life.
This short clip brings to life one of the astonishing stories in the old testament that not only lives us in awe of our great God, but teaches us what to expect when we choose to listen to HIM.

It seems like in my crash course on learning how to pray, waiting, receiving and attending to what God had to say was not part of the module. As a result a bad habit of walking away after mouthing my request to God was formed. You know Friends God looks like the only Being that can stomach our bad attitude. Not in anyway can it happen in any serious conversation that it will be one sided even a child will not condone it. We all know and hear that God wants to speak to us but how often do we give Him the time and space to speak. I believe God is calling our attention to this ignored aspect.
In this video Tobi Akande will be sharing the drawbacks of not listening and also share the big benefits of listening as part of prayer. As a matter of fact this is the most important aspect of praying. You and I have not finished praying until we have listened. Listening and hearing what God has to say is as important if not more important than us talking.
Psalm 95 :7, For He is our God and we are the people of His pasture, And the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice:....
