Without an understanding of The Five Aggregates and The Six Sense Bases, a Practitioner would be unable to attain the first Stage of Enlightenment or progress to Enlightenment. These important Teachings provide a deeper understanding of a human being and what is leading to continued and repeated discontentedness in the mind. With a deep understanding of the problems faced by human beings and what is causing discontent feelings, as it relates to The Five Aggregates and The Six Sense Bases, then a Practitioner can focus on implementing the solutions to experience the results.
